Shipping policy

3 Yes Heat Pumps & Electrical delivers heat pumps, ventilation products and accessories throughout New
Zealand. Installation is carried out by our own team in Auckland, Hamilton, Palmerston North and
Wellington.
Delivery charges
 Auckland: FREE
 North Island, covering Waikato, Bay of Plenty, Manawatu-Whanganui and Wellington: $99
 South Island, covering Canterbury, Nelson, Tasman and Otago: $155
 Everywhere else: rural delivery. The price is confirmed by phone, so please call us on 0800 393 722 to confirm your delivery price before placing your order.
All charges include GST. Delivery is calculated at checkout once you enter your delivery address, so the
rate that applies to your address is the one you see before you pay.
Delivery is free when we install. If you buy a unit together with installation, delivery is included in the
installation price and no freight charge applies.
Discount codes and promotions apply to the goods only. They do not reduce the delivery charge.
Dispatch and timing
Supply only orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of your order being confirmed.
Where installation is included, we contact you to book the install once your order is confirmed. The typical
lead time from order to install is 3 to 5 days, and urgent jobs can often be arranged within 1 to 2 days.
If your delivery is damaged
Please check your delivery when it arrives. If anything is damaged, email returns@3yes.co.nz with your
order number and photos of the damage and the packaging as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours,
and we will arrange a replacement or a refund.

Your rights under New Zealand law
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act
1986.
